Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with NUVU Science. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place any order.

1. Research Use Only — Strict Limitation

All products offered by NUVU Science LLC (“NUVU Science,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are sold exclusively for qualified in vitro laboratory research and scientific study. These products are not intended for, and must not be used for, human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, clinical trials, diagnostic purposes, or any other non-research purpose.

NUVU Science products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory body for safety, efficacy, or fitness for any purpose involving human or animal subjects. The purchaser assumes full and sole responsibility for ensuring that all products are used lawfully and in strict accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

2. Purchaser Eligibility & Representations

By placing an order with NUVU Science, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are a qualified researcher, licensed laboratory professional, or institutional scientist with legitimate scientific research purposes.
  • You have the knowledge, training, and facilities necessary to handle research-grade peptide compounds safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • You are purchasing these products solely for lawful, qualified in vitro research and not for resale, redistribution, or any human or animal use.
  • You understand that misuse of research compounds may be illegal and that NUVU Science bears no liability for any misuse of its products.
  • All information you provide in connection with your order is accurate, complete, and truthful.

NUVU Science reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear inconsistent with legitimate research purposes.

3. No Resale or Redistribution

Products purchased from NUVU Science are for the purchaser’s own research use only. You may not resell, redistribute, transfer, or otherwise make NUVU Science products available to any third party, whether for compensation or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized resale or redistribution is a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

NUVU Science strives to provide accurate product descriptions, purity specifications, molecular data, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation. All such information is provided for research reference purposes only and does not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular use. Product formulations, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Purity levels stated on product pages reflect third-party laboratory testing of representative batches. Individual lot purity is documented in the COA included with each shipment. If you believe you have received a product that does not match its stated specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@nuvuscience.com.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. NUVU Science reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and provide you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize NUVU Science to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting NUVU Science for resolution, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount and associated fees through lawful means.

6. Shipping & Delivery

NUVU Science ships to addresses within the United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day, subject to product availability and order verification.

Shipping times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. NUVU Science is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the importation, possession, and use of NUVU Science products complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. NUVU Science makes no representation that products are legal or appropriate for use in any particular location.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of research-grade biological compounds and the importance of maintaining cold-chain integrity, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description. To request a return or refund, contact us at info@nuvuscience.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. NUVU Science reserves the right to request photographic documentation of damaged or defective products before approving a refund. We do not accept returns of opened or reconstituted products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the NUVU Science website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, research guides, images, logos, and the NUVU Science brand identity — is the exclusive property of NUVU Science LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any NUVU Science content without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

NUVU SCIENCE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NUVU SCIENCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NUVU SCIENCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ITS WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NUVU SCIENCE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF NUVU SCIENCE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall NUVU Science’s total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed the total amount you paid to NUVU Science in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The purchaser assumes all risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research compounds.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NUVU Science LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of NUVU Science products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your actions in connection with NUVU Science products.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of NUVU Science products shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against NUVU Science.

NUVU Science reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or placement of an order following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
