The COA shows the exact purity percentage, the testing methodology used, and the batch number — so you can verify exactly what you're receiving before it arrives.

Yes. We do not rely solely on manufacturer testing. Every batch is independently verified by a third-party analytical laboratory before it is made available for sale. This is non-negotiable at NUVU Science. We believe researchers deserve complete transparency about what they're working with.

NUVU Science sources from GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities. Our supply chain prioritizes facilities with documented quality management systems, rigorous synthesis protocols, and full traceability from raw material to finished product. We do not source from unverified overseas suppliers without documented quality standards.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C (standard laboratory freezer) for long-term stability — typically up to 24 months when stored correctly. For short-term storage of up to 4 weeks, a standard refrigerator at 2–8°C is acceptable. Always keep peptides away from direct light, heat, and humidity. Do not store near the freezer door where temperature fluctuations occur.

A 50-unit (0.5 mL) syringe is useful for smaller doses where precision matters. A 30-unit (0.3 mL) syringe is the most precise option for very small volumes. Yes. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short periods during transit — typically up to 7–10 days without significant degradation. We ship all orders promptly to minimize transit time. Once received, transfer to cold storage immediately. If your order is delayed in transit, contact us and we will assess the situation.

Once reconstituted, stability drops significantly — use within 28 days and keep refrigerated at 2–8°C. The exact shelf life for each product is noted on the COA. Yes. Volume pricing is applied automatically at checkout based on quantity — the more vials you order, the lower your per-vial cost. For larger institutional procurement needs, we offer custom pricing for hospitals, research hospitals, academic institutions, private laboratories, compounding pharmacies, wellness clinics, and other qualified facilities placing high-volume or recurring orders. To request institutional or bulk pricing, use the Contact form and describe what you are looking for — compound names, quantities, and how frequently you order. There is no minimum for bulk inquiries. We will respond within one business day.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed same-day. Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–5 business days. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Yes — free USPS Priority Shipping is included on all orders over $250. Orders under $250 have a flat-rate shipping fee applied at checkout based on your selected shipping speed.

Yes. NUVU Science ships to the US, Canada, Latin America, and worldwide. International orders are subject to the import regulations of the destination country — the buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws governing the receipt of research compounds. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout. We invoice in USD. All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external branding that identifies the contents. Inside, vials are individually cushioned and secured to prevent breakage during transit. Temperature-sensitive shipments include appropriate insulation. Your privacy and the integrity of your order are both protected.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no charge for any vials that arrive damaged, broken, or incorrectly fulfilled. We stand behind every order we send out.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research-grade biological compounds, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered. The only exception is for items that arrive damaged, broken, or incorrectly fulfilled — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will ship a replacement at no charge. Cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing an order, provided the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, the replacement ships within 1–2 business days. If a monetary refund is issued in lieu of a replacement, it will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
