Refund & Return Policy

Because NUVU Science products are research-grade compounds supplied strictly for qualified laboratory use, our refund and return policy reflects the specialized nature of these materials. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-grade compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been shipped, including buyer’s remorse, change of research direction, or purchaser ordering errors.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
The only exception is if your order arrives damaged in transit or contains an incorrect item. You must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nuvuscience.com with your order number.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s), outer packaging, and packing slip.
Claims after 48 hours or without photos are not eligible. Opened, reconstituted, or unsealed products are not eligible for any claim.
3. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of payment confirmation by emailing info@nuvuscience.com with subject line “Cancellation Request.” Once processed, packed, or handed to the carrier, cancellation is not possible.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once transferred to the carrier with a tracking number, NUVU Science is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Please contact us at info@nuvuscience.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
