Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with NUVU Science. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place any order.

1. Research Use Only — Strict Limitation

All products are sold exclusively for qualified in vitro laboratory research and scientific study. These products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, clinical trials, diagnostic purposes, or any other non-research purpose. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or other regulators for human or animal use.

2. Purchaser Eligibility & Representations

By ordering, you confirm you are at least 21, a qualified researcher purchasing for lawful in vitro research only, and that all information you provide is accurate. NUVU Science may refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. No Resale or Redistribution

Products are for the purchaser’s own research use only. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is a material breach of these Terms.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

Product descriptions, purity specs, and COA documentation are for research reference only. Contact info@nuvuscience.com within 7 days of receipt if a product does not match stated specifications.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at purchase through secure, PCI-compliant processors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed same-day. Shipping times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description. Contact info@nuvuscience.com within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content and brand identity are the exclusive property of NUVU Science LLC.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUVU Science shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NUVU Science from claims arising from your use or misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall first go to good-faith negotiation, then binding AAA arbitration. Class actions are waived.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
